In 2025, we signed a full enterprise partnership with XER Schedule Toolkit, strengthening a relationship that had already supported many of our engineering and infrastructure projects.
XER Schedule Toolkit is a cloud-based scheduling and planning software designed to simplify and enhance how teams manage Primavera P6, Microsoft Project schedules and project data, giving clients web-based access to their project schedules, anytime, anywhere.
Our adoption of their software has developed into a strong collaboration that unites our practical expertise with their innovative technology.
Since forming the partnership, we’ve worked closely with the XER Schedule Toolkit team to test new features in real project environments, giving feedback that directly influences how the toolkit develops.
This hands-on approach ensures the software continues to support the complex planning and delivery work our teams undertake every day.
The partnership also initiated a joint super-user group, where our planners and project controllers meet with XER Schedule Toolkit’s product specialists to share insights and help guide development priorities.
Together, we’ve also supported a range of joint events and knowledge-sharing sessions, helping others in the project-controls community benefit from the tools and practices we’ve developed through the partnership.
Alongside this, we contribute to shared market research that helps both organisations understand emerging industry needs.
