It has been another exciting year here at Spencer Group.
Please take a look at some of the projects we have been working on during the year and read about some of our teams' fantastic achievements recognised by the wider construction community.
Our degree qualification apprentice route goes from strength to strength having now employed 50 in the last 5 years. These digital savvy youngsters are now making a huge difference to how we operate our business.
We continue to develop our laser scanning and 3D modelling skills which are becoming an increasingly important tool to enable successful project delivery, even leading to delivery of our first project in Canada.
We also continue to develop and implement our organisational wide cloud based data management system which is now being used by third party organisations under the DataCow brand along with our very successful planning tool used by hundreds of organisations around the world, branded as XER Schedule Toolkit.
We would achieve little without the support of our dedicated staff who will always go the extra mile to make sure we deliver for our clients and the communities in which we work. As ever this is still the most important aspect of our business and thanks to everyones efforts, we continue to excel in our chosen fields with current projects and orders for new work combining to present a strong pipeline of works for 2024 and beyond.
It just remains for me to thank all our staff, suppliers and clients for your support over the last twelve months and to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
