Spencer Group complete Harrogate 47 access road for major North Yorkshire project

In September, Spencer Building and Civil Engineering successfully completed the access road and supporting infrastructure for a significant new mixed-use industrial, commercial, and retail park in North Yorkshire.

This vital infrastructure project, undertaken on behalf of Opus North and Bridges Fund Management, has laid the foundation for the development of a diverse range of facilities, including office spaces, industrial and warehouse units, high-tech hybrid units, and roadside retail amenities. Once fully developed, the site is expected to generate approximately 2,000 new jobs.
